As an educator, you may encounter situations where certain students require additional practice to master specific skills. In SplashLearn, we provide you with the flexibility to re-assign assignments to students who need that extra practice.
To re-assign an assignment to students in SplashLearn, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Review drop-down". This option allows you to review and manage student progress and assignments.
- Select the "Class report" option. Please note that this option is specifically available under the MATH section.
-
You will have different report view options once you are in the Class report section. Choose the "In Grid" view to comprehensively overview your students' performance.
-
In the In Grid view, you will see a grid that represents your students and the specific skills they have been working on. Identify the student who hasn't mastered a particular skill yet and requires additional practice. Click on the Student's score who hasn’t mastered the skill yet and click on the "Reassign to one" link.
Additional Notes:
-
The teacher can only re-assign an assignment to a student who hasn't mastered the skill yet. This allows you to specifically target students who need additional practice in a particular area.
-
The re-assign link will only appear after all students have completed the assignment. This ensures that all students have had an initial opportunity to complete the assignment before it can be re-assigned.
-
You have the option to choose between 'Assign to Selected Students' or 'Assign to the Whole Class' when re-assigning the assignment. This allows you to tailor the practice to the specific needs of individual students or the entire class.
Remember, re-assigning assignments is a valuable tool to personalize learning and support student progress. Embrace the flexibility offered by SplashLearn to meet the individual needs of your students.
Happy teaching and empowering your students to succeed with SplashLearn!
