How can parents unsubscribe to SplashLearn emails?

Following these steps, you can tailor your email notifications to align with your preferences. Unsubscribing from specific notifications will ensure that you only receive the most relevant and important emails.

1. Log in to your SplashLearn account using your registered email address and password.
2. Once logged in, click on the "Parents" button, which can be found at the top-left corner of your dashboard.
3. From the drop-down menu, select "Settings".
4. Go to “Account Details.”
5. Within the "Email Preferences" section, you'll see a list of different types of notifications. Review the options and select "No" for the notifications you wish to unsubscribe from.
6. Don't forget to click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Please keep in mind that certain account-related emails, such as password reset requests and critical security updates, are important for the security and functionality of your SplashLearn account. As a result, we are unable to unsubscribe you from these essential communications.
