Joining SplashLearn live classes: A guide for parents to help their kids learn better

SplashLearn offers Live Classes by experienced and certified teachers for both math and reading. The SplashLearn Live classes are conducted every Monday to Thursday at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time to provide children with an interactive and engaging learning experience. As a parent, you can help your child join these classes by following simple steps.

Parents with an active subscription/trial can follow a few simple steps to help their kids join Live Class:

1. Navigate to the "Live Class" page by selecting it from the top of your dashboard. This will take you to the dedicated section for Live Classes.

   We recommend reducing your browser's screen resolution and refreshing the page for optimal access to the Live class icon. We especially recommend using the Chrome browser for the best user experience.

   Please note that our grade apps do not currently support the Live class feature. However, users can access this feature via our website (Web-Broswer) on laptops, desktops, iPads, Macbooks, and Chromebooks. 

2. Choose the time slot that suits your child's schedule and availability. Selecting the appropriate time will ensure your child can actively participate in the Live Class.

3. When it's time for the Live Class session to start, approximately 15 minutes beforehand, the "Join Now" button will be activated. Click this button to join the session and allow your child to engage in the interactive learning experience.

Note: Please remember that the mentioned time is Pacific Standard Time (PST). Adjust the time according to your local time zone to ensure your child joins the Live Class at the scheduled time.

We provide a helpful reminder to ensure parents and students don't miss out on the Live Classes. You will receive a reminder notification from SplashLearn one hour before the scheduled start time of the Live Class. This is a convenient prompt to help you and your child prepare and join the session on time.
